ABOUT Allison Deegan

Allison Deegan serves as WriteGirl’s Associate Director and as a member of the Advisory Board. She has worked with her WriteGirl mentee for the past six years.  Allison has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, business consulting and writing and is currently Business Advisory Services Manager for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, where she works on school district financial management, policy and governance. She holds degrees from Syracuse University and the Graduate Center for Public Policy & Administration at California State University, Long Beach, where she is pursuing a Doctorate in Education.
