ABOUT Prof. Dr. Micheline Frenette (Canada)

Michelin Franette is a Professor in the Department of Communication at the Université de Montréal, Canada. She conducts research on the role of the mass media in the lives of children, adolescents and their families, and on health campaigns and the potential of communication technologies such as the Internet for education and socialization. Dr. Frenette was Co-chair of the Centres of Excellence Interim National Expert Advisory Committee.
